Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, explaining our real estate products and services, and assisting them through the buying process. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our real estate ventures.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, providing detailed information about our plots and services.
- Follow up with leads to facilitate the sales process.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and assist in coordinating with the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- High school diploma; further education or certification is a plus.
